DISC

What is DISC?

A DISC assessment helps to identify workstyle preferences, determines how someone would interact with others, and provides insight on work habits.

These behavioral self-assessment tools are based on the 1928 published DISC emotional and behavioral theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston. Today, there are different providers of DISC assessments and reports. Eg. KeyPeople, EverythingDiSC.  Any trademarks are on the assessment and reports, not the DISC model itself.
